Global Partner Booking Rewards

The following are the terms and conditions of the One&Only Resorts Global Booking Rewards (the "Programme"), and constitutes the agreement between Kerzner International Management FZE (the "Sponsor") and each Agent entered into the Programme. By using this website and enrolling into the Programme, Agent agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions .

1. Eligibility: The Programme is only open to employees of tour operators, travel agents or partners with an existing contractual relationship with a Kerzner entity for the promotion and sale of room nights at One&Only Resorts and who book reservations at participating One&Only resorts ("Agent" or "you").

   You must enroll in the Programme by registering at https://www.oneandonlyincentives.com Valid only for Agents located in the qualifying regions, as specified. Each Agent is limited to only one membership, one login and assigned to one region only. Participation is non-transferrable.

   Agencies, teams and businesses cannot register as a 'group'. Multiple account numbers belonging to an Agent will be cancelled, his/her participation in the Programme subject to termination without notice and any Points accrued under any and all of such multiple accounts shall be forfeited.

2. A qualifying transaction is:  

   • A booking made by the Agent, not booked through any large third-party travel websites such as Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, etc., that results in a completed transaction at participating One&Only Resorts.

   • Agents earn Points on qualifying transactions made from the date the registration is accepted. 

   • Agents must log each and every booking into the portal within 6 months of check out. Bookings not logged within this period will be forfeited and no longer redeemable for points.

   • Wholesale, tour operator, contracted and retail rates are eligible for Points. Complimentary, airline staff, group, discounted agent travel and specially negotiated rates are not eligible for Points.

   • Any duplication of bookings with other users will render both bookings null and void. Bookings are validated by One&Only Resorts to confirm dates of stay. Qualifying transactions and bookings is at the sole discretion of One&Only Resorts and its decision is final and binding on qualifying transactions made from the date of registration acceptance.

3. How to Enter: Agent must register a valid email address; postal address and telephone number at https://www.oneandonlyincentives.com.

4. Points: Points are calculated based on the number of nights booked as part of a completed reservation. For example if a room is worth 1 point per night, 1x Room for 3 nights = 3 points. 2x Rooms for 5 nights = 10 points. Points shall not be awarded for cancellations or no-show bookings. 

   Points accrue on an individual basis, and only the Agent may accumulate incentives in his/her account. Number of points per night may differ by room type.

5. Incentives: Points are redeemable for incentives once the thresholds of 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 are reached. The incentives paid out at each threshold vary by region and are fixed. No cash alternative shall be payable. Incentives can be requested directly via the request vouchers button on the Agent dashboard and shall be given to the Agent within 28-days from the request date.

6. Monitoring: 

   Sponsor reserves the right to monitor all account activity and reserves the right to terminate an Agent's participation in the Programme, without notice, due to misrepresentation, noncompliance with the Programme rules or any conduct detrimental to the interests of One&Only Resorts or if One&Only Resorts reasonably determines that an Agent has engaged in any fraud or abuse, including forfeiture of all accumulated Points and the Agent will be banned from entering any other One&Only Resorts incentive program.

7. Amendment/Cancellation/Indemnity: Sponsor reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Programme, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, and notwithstanding the fact that the Agent shall forfeit any or all Points. For the avoidance of doubt, even if you have earned or reached a level that may entitle you to receive an Incentive in the Programme, you will forfeit and lose your right to receive and be awarded same if the change, amendment, modification, suspension, cancellation or termination becomes effective prior to your receipt of any such incentive. With respect to any and all questions, interpretations or disputes regarding the meaning or interpretation of these terms & conditions, our determination, in our sole discretion, shall be final and binding for all purposes. Employees of an Agent may not participate in the Programme if doing so would violate its employer's policies or if the Programme is or would be prohibited or restricted by law. Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless One&Only, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by such indemnified parties on account of any act, omission, or breach by Agent. Other restrictions apply.

8. Law & Taxes: Programme is subject to the laws of Dubai and any action brought shall be brought in the Dubai courts. The Programme is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local laws. All taxes arising from participation in the Programme, receipt or use of any incentives received in connection with the Programme are solely the Agent's responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property: Agent acknowledges that use of Sponsor’s name and/or any marks, logos or other images used or sublicensed in connection with this Programme are owned by Kerzner International and any use by Agent in connection with this Programme inures to the benefit of Sponsor.  Sponsor retains all right, title and interest therein and nothing in this Programme grants any ownership interest therein to Service Provider.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection: Agent acknowledges and agrees shall not use or disclose to any person either during or at any time any confidential information about the business or affairs of the Sponsor or any other company in its group or any of its business contacts, or about any other confidential matters including the Programme. Agent consents to Sponsor holding and processing data relating to Agent for legal, personnel, administrative and management purposes in relation to the Programme in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy, click here for more details
